Summary: Excellent Work, Timely Done and Responsive to My Request for Repair Instead of Replacement

Review: Matt and his firm, T-Flow, did just what I asked of them in repairing annoying drip leaks in three faucets in my home. You would be surprised at how most plumbers today will not repair dripping faucets but rather tell you to replace the problematic fixtures — arguing that replacement is more cost-effective than trying to find parts for old fixtures.

That may be true but, unlike most of his peers, Matt was receptive to attempting to repair the faucets at issue — and did so quickly and very successfully. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work.

I wanted to avoid replacing the old fixtures because replacement inevitably involves other work as new fixures often don’t align with the openings made to accommodate the old ones. The result can look makeshift.

Matt and his team were also very responsive making room in their schedule to do my job within two days of my call. He also kept me informed of his progress during the job, which was done efficiently despite his having to find some replacement parts not stocked on his truck.

The T-Flow team also worked cleanly, leaving my house in the same condition that they found it in — something many other contractors pay no attention to when doing their work.
